Fresh Shrimps

Ingredients:
1
lb (500g) fresh and frozen shrimps
3-1/2 oz (100g) flour
3 t. salt
5 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Take the shell off the shrimps
and clean. Sprinkle salt and soak for 15 minutes.
Then coat the shrimps with flour.
- Heat oil, add shrimps in and deep
fry until brown. Remove and drain, serve.
