Braised Beef Cube

Ingredients:
1 lb. (400g) boneless beef
4 t. cornstarch
3 oz (100g) chopped green onions
10 t. (50ml) soy sauce
3 -1/2 oz (100ml) sesame oil
3 -1/2 oz (100ml) chicken broth
2 t. cooking wine
1/4 ginger root (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut
beef into slices. Mix with soy sauce and green onions.
Stir the cornstarch-water mixture and add in.
- Heat
oil and add the beef and stir-fry. When nearly done,
add the cooking wine.
- Cover
the wok and boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Add
ginger, mix well, and serve.
