Marinated
Chinese Cabbage

Ingredients:
9 oz (25og) cabbage
5 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. salt
1 t. sesame oil
1-1/2 t. sugar

DIRECTIONS:
-
Wash caggage leaves and cut into strips. (3cm x
5cm)

Place the cabbage in a pot with water and boil it
for 2 or 3 minutes. Remove to a bowl and drain.

Mix sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and sugar together.
Pour on the cabbage and serve. This is an easy treat
to accompany ANY Chinese meal!
