Cabbage Shrimp Soup

Ingredients:
10 oz (300g) Chinese cabbage
heart
3 T. (50g) dried shrimp
2 T. ham
2 oz (50g) black mushroom
2 cups (500ml) broth
1/2 t. salt

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut cabbage into strips (2x4cm),
and soak in boiling water for 1 minute and drain.
- Halve the mushrooms and remove
the stems.
- Pour broth into a pot, add ham,
mushroom, shrimp, cabbage and salt. Heat to boil
and simmer until the cabbage is well done.
- Sprinkle with caraway and enjoy!
