Deep-fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb (500g) fresh (or frozen)
shrimps
3-1/2 (100g) flour
2 cups (500ml) of vegetable oil
2 t. salt
3 sections of green onion (3cm each)

DIRECTIONS:
- Shell and clean the shrimp. Place
shrimp in bowl and marinate with salt for 15 minutes.
Coat shrimp with flour.
- Heat oil, drop green onion in
and add shrimp. Fry until golden-brown. Remove and
serve. It's easy and tasty!
