Stir-fried
Mutton Slices with Spring Onions -
serves 4 |

Ingredients:
7 oz. lean boneless mutton
7 oz. spring onion
4 t. vegetable oil
1 t. soy sauce
|

|
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the mutton into thin slices
and dice spring onions into sections (about 3cm
each).
- Heat oil, add mutton slices and
stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and spring onions,
and stir-fry for 2 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
