Stir-fry Shredded Carrot

Ingredients:
9 oz. carrot
2 t. salt
2 t. chili oil
1 t. chopped coriander
1 t. garlic (shredded)
1 t. vinegar
2 t. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Peel the carrots and cut them
into shreds.
- Mix the coriander, garlic, salt
and vinegar together in a bowl.
- Heat oil, stir-fry the carrots,
add chili oil, and mix it all together. Then add
the mixture from the second step and stir-fry 5
seconds. Serve and enjoy!
