Bean
Curd in Sesame Paste-
serves 4 |

Ingredients:
9 oz. fresh bean curd
2 t. sesame paste
2 t. fresh coriander (chopped)
2 t. salt
1/4 t. Chili oil
|

|
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the bean curd into cubes (2cm).
Put in boiling water to boil for 1 minute. Remove
and drain the bean curd and then put in a bowl.
- Mix together sesame paste, salt
and a little water. Pour over the bean curd and
sprinkle with coriander and chili oil, well-mixed.
Serve.
