Bubble Soup -
serves 4 |

Ingredients:
4 eggs (beaten and mixed)
3 t. vegetable oil
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 t. spring onion (chopped)

DIRECTIONS:
-
Heat oil, add smashed eggs in and fry. When the
egg starts to bubble, add 4 cups (about 1000ml)
of water.

Add salt, pepper, and simmer until fragrant. Pour
the soup into a big bowl, sprinkle with green onion.
Serve.
