Marinated Lotus Roots-

Ingredients:
14 oz. fresh lotus roots
7 t. sugar
4 oz. canned plum
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS:
- Wash
and peel the lotus roots into thin slices ( about
1/2 cm each).
- Put
the slices into boiling water and boil for one minute.
Then take out and drain well.
- Place
on a plate and pour the sugar and plums on and decorate
nicely on the plate. Enjoy!
