Fried Rice

Ingredients:
-
(1)
2 t. soy sauce
1/2 t. cooking wine
2 t. cornstarch
-
(2)
1/2 lb. (200 g.) onion
2 T. green onion (chopped)

(3)
1 t. salt
2 T. curry powder
-
(4) 1/2 lb. (250 g.) pork
loin
-
(5) 7 bowls of germinated
rice
-
(6) 3-1/2 oz. (100g) peas
(cooked)

(7) 4 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut pork loin into 1/2" cubes.
Add (1) and mix. Cut onion into cubes and set
aside.

Heat 4 T. oil in preheated wok.
Add pork cubes and stir-fry until color changes.
Remove from heat. In remaining oil, stir fry (2)
until fragrant. Add (3) and rapidly stir-fry.

Mix in cooked rice. Mix in pork
cubes and peas. Serve and enjoy!
