Ingredients:

| DIRECTIONS:

Slice chicken into 3"X1/2"X1/2"
sticks and marinate in (1) for 10 minutes. Beat
egg until even.

Dip chicken sticks one at a time into flour, then
into egg, and lastly into bread crumbs. Heat for
2 minutes on medium heat.

Place vegetable oil in a preheated wok. Deep-fry
chicken for about one minute or until it changes
golden brown. Serve.
(Garnish
bottom of serving plate with lettuce or vegetable
of your choice.)
