Baked Ribbonfish

Ingredients:

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut crisscross slits on both
sides of the fish. Dry and rub with (1). Let it
stand for 15 minutes. Place directly in baking
pan.

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
and bake fish for approximately 15 minutes. Remove
from heat and place on a serving dish. Squeeze
lemon juice over the fish and serve.
Lettuce and lemon slices may be
used as garnish.
