DIRECTIONS:
-
Slice
beef against the grain into strips. Add (1) and
mix well. Cut (2) into strips and set aside.

Heat 2 T. oil in preheated wok. Add beef and stir-fry
until color changes. Remove from heat. In the
remaining oil, stir-fry (3) until fragrant. Add
(2) and rapidly stir-fry. Add beef and (4); stir-fry
until mixed well. Remove from heat and serve.
