Mushroom And Bok Choy - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • (1)
    6 c. water
    1 t. salt
    (2)
    1 c. broth
    0.25 t salt
    2 T. chicken fat (or fried oil)
    (3)
    1.5 t. cornstarch
    1 T. water
    mix the above two
    (4)
    0.5 lb. (200 g. ) button mushrooms
    (5)
    0.5 lb. (200 g. ) small bok choy

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut bok choy in half.

  2. Boil (1) for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and bok choy seperately in boiling water (about 15 seconds apart). Remove them after about 2 minutes of boiling and place on a separate plate.

  3. Bring (2) to a boil. Mix with (3). Pour on mushrooms and bok choy and serve. Delicious!
