Ingredients:

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut eggplant into 2.5'' sections. Cut each section
into 4 long strips.

Heat oil. Put eggplant into heated oil for 2
minutes until soft. Remove eggplant. Stir-fry
ground pork in 1 T remaining oil. Add 2 T minced
garlic and stir-fry utill fragent. Add eggplant,
fresh basil leaves and (1), and stir-fry till
well mixed.

Now it's ready to serve. Enjoy your dish!
