t. sesame oil

c. shredded green onion

T. shredded ginger root

lb. (300 g.) pomfret, cod (or any fish with
few bones)

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut
fish into 0.7" thick slices. Put on a dish.
-
Add (1) and marinate for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle
(2) over fish. Put fish above boiling water and
steam for about 8 minutes.
-
Remove
fish and sprinkle with (3) and (4).
Ready
to serve.
