 Ingredients:

DIRECTIONS:

Cut beef against the grain into thin pieces. Add
(1) and marinate for about 10 minutes. Cut spinach
into 1.5" long sections.

Heat (7). Stir-fry beef in medium heat oil until
color changes. Romove afterwards. Stir-fry green
oinion and ginger until fragrant in the remaining
oil. Add salt and spinach and stir-fry. Add beef
and stir-fry until well-mixed.
Remove
and serve. Enjoy!
