Music Festival 2007
May's MIDI Music Festival is springtime's essential
event, showcasing bands & DJs from home and abroad
across a wide range of music genres, and perhaps the
best value for money of any festival in China. A fixture
in your festival plans should be the Yen Dance Stage,
highlighting the best in electronic and dance music
and featuring DJs and performers from the cream of China's
electronic music scene. Once again Yen has brought together
some of the most exciting and interesting DJs from cities
across China to perform each day of the festival, from
1-9pm. And once the sun goes down, make your way to
Tango for the after-party, held each night of the festival
and continuing till the early hours with a range of

DJ Dan, born Daniel Wherret, is a professional
recording artist on the Moonshine record label. Wherret
grew up in Olympia, Washington. He began hearing electronic
dance music at clubs in Seattle and has now become the

to perform in China, he will surely bring a big shock

DJ for Pharoahe Monche and a former Vestax World Champion.
His album 'Live At The P.J.'S Harlem, New York,' was
released in 2003. DJ Precision, protege of Rob Swift,
is an Allies Beatdown World Champion and has previously
appeared on tour with The X-ecutioners. Both are current
