With Assorted Mushrooms Soup

Ingredients:

t. cooking wine
3
slices of ginger root

4 Chinese black mushrooms

1/4 lb. (100 g.) golden mushrooms

(4)
1/4 lb. (100 g.) straw mushrooms

(5)
1/4 lb. (100 g.) button mushrooms

1/3 lb. (150 g.) chicken wings

DIRECTIONS:

Soak Chinese black mushrooms until soft. Cut chicken
wings into pieces then boil in boiling water for
one minute. Remove from water and set aside.

Put all ingredients in a steaming bowl. Add (1)
and steam above high heat for about half an hour.
Serve. Enjoy with your favorite cup of tea!
