1 T. green onion (chopped)

3 c. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut slashes on both sides of the pomfret. Add (1)
and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil. Deep fry pomfret for about 5 minutes,
add (2) and continue fry until both sides of the
fish turn into golden color.
- Remove
to a plate. Sprinkle chopped green onion and serve.
