Ingredients:

1/6 t. salt
1/4 t. ginger wine
1/2 t. cornstarch
1/3 egg white

1/3 t. salt
1/4 t. monosodium glutamate
1 cup. water
2-2/3
oz. (75g) shrimp (shell moved)
1/2 lb. (200g) broccoli
1 t. chopped garlic
3 T. vegetable oil

| DIRECTIONS:
- Clean
shrimp, and split them along the back lines. Put
into (1), and soak for 10 minutes.
- Cut
broccoli according to its small branches and put
it into boiled water for about 30 seconds, then
take out and place away from heat.
- Heat
oil, and fry the shrimp with medium heat for about
9 minutes until color changes.
- Put
chopped garlic into remaining oil. When fragrant,
add broccoli, shrimp and (2), and mix well. Serve.
