Beef
with Bamboo Shoots -

Ingredients:

1 t. soy sauce
1 t. cook wine
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cornstarch
(2)
2 T. minced green onion
1 T. minced ginger root
(3)
1 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. sugar
1/2 t. sesame oil
1 t. cornstarch
2 T. water
2-2/3 oz. (75g) beef loin
1/2 lb. (200g) bamboo shoots
1 c. coriander
2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the beef into strips, soak
it in (1) for 10 minutes.
- Boil bamboo shoots for 20 minutes,
mince it when cool.
- Heat oil, put the beef in it and
stir-fry with medium heat, take it out when color
changes.
- Stir-fry (2) with the remaining
oil, add minced bamboo shoots, beef and (3). Add
the coriander and mix it all up well. Serve.
