Simmered
Shrimp Rice -

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp cornstarch
(2)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp water
3
oz. (90g) Chinese flavored ham
6 oz (180g) shelled shrimp
2/3 lb (300g) cabbage
2 Tbsp chopped green onions
7 bowls germinated rice
4 Tbsp vegetable oil

| DIRECTIONS:
- Steam
the ham for about 20 minutes until done, remove
from heat then slice into small square pieces.

Add (1) to the shrimp and soak for 10 minutes. Meanwhile,
cut the cabbage into sections (2cm long around.

Heat the oil, add the green onions, then add the
shrimp and stir-fry. When the shrimps' color has
changes, add the ham and cabbage.

Mix and stir-fry, then add (2) and the rice, use
a low-heat to simmer for 5 minutes, then serve.
Note: Chinese flavored ham can be substituted with
other hams.
