Cabbage With Silverfish -

Ingredients:

6 c. water
1/2 tsp salt
(2)
1/2 tsp wine
1 c. broth
1/2 tsp salt
(3)
2 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp water

oz.(400g) mustard cabbage, no leaves
3/4 oz.(20g) silverfish
1 Tbsp shredded ginger-roots
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

| DIRECTIONS:

Cut the cabbage into 2 sections, set aside.

Boil (1), add the cabbage and boil for 2 minutes
then remove.

Heat the oil. Stir-fry the ginger-roots until they
are fragrant, then add(2) and boil.

Add the silverfish and cabbage, boil again, the
turn the heat lower and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add (3), mix and serve.
