Tomato
with Stewed Duck -

Ingredients:

3 sections green onion
3 sections ginger roots
3 garlic (smashed)

2 t. soy sauce
1 t. cook wine
1/3 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1-1/4 c. water

lb. (350g) duck
2 t. cornstarch
1/2 lb. (200g) tomatoes
2 t. ketchup
1-1/2 t. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut duck into cubes, mix with
cornstarch.
- Cut tomatoes into cubes.
- Heat oil, stir-fry (1) until fragrant
and then add the duck cubes. Stir-fry it until color
changes. Add tomato cubes and (2), use high-heat
to boil then change to low-heat for about 20 minutes.
- Add ketchup, simmer for 5 minutes
and serve.
