| Li Yundi Piano Recital
Dubbed as "Prince of the Piano," Li Yundi was the youngest-ever player to win the International Federick Chopin Competition in 2000 at the tender age of 18. For his Christmas concert, program includes Chopin's "Mazurka Op. 33," Liszt's "Ballade: No. 2 in B Minor," Alban Berg's "Sonata Op.1," Ravel's "Jeux d' eau" and Mussorgsky's "Picture at an Exhibition."

Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra Kingdom of the Netherlands
The Amsterdam Orchestra is a dynamic, young symphony orchestra based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Founded in 1984 by former members of several Dutch student ensembles, the orchestra has a core of ap-proximately 70 professional musicians. For the Shanghai concert, they will perform Dvorak's Ouverture "Kamaval" and Brahms' "Hungarian Dances No. 1, 5, 10" as well as some Chinese tunes.
