Pineapple
Rice

Ingredients:

1/4 lb. (100g) green beans
1/3 lb. (150g) sausage
1/4 lb. (100g) carrots
(2)
1 T. green onion (minced)
1 t. ginger roots (minced)
(3)
1 t. salt
1/4t. black pepper
1/2 lb. (200g) pineapple
7 bowls. germinated rice (cooked)
1 oz. (30g) fried shredded pork
4 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut pineapple and carrots into cubes; fry the
sausage then dice it.
- Boil the green beans and carrot cubes, put aside
in a bowl to let cool.
- Heat oil, stir-fry (2), add pineapple and (1),
stir-fry and mix, add (3) then the rice.
- Mix well, sprinkle with the shredded pork.
- Serve and enjoy your creation!
