Stir-fried
Crab Legs - serves 4 |

Ingredients:

1 T. red pepper
2 T. green onion (chopped)
2 t. garlic (chopped)

2 T. soy sauce
1 t. cook wine
1/2 t. sugar
1 T. black vinegar
1/2 c. water
3/4 lb. (330g) crab legs
2 t. ginger wine
2 T. green onion (minced)
2 T. salad oil

| DIRECTIONS:
-
Separate crab legs and soak in ginger wine for 10
minutes.

Heat oil and stir-fry (1) until fragrant. Add the
crab legs. Add (2) and lower the heat when the soup
boils.
- Simmer
for 5 minutes. Add green onions and serve.
