Meat and Pineapple - serves 4 |

Ingredients:

1/2 t. soy sauce
1 t. ginger wine
1/2 egg yolk
-
2)
1 T. sugar
1 t. garlic (minced)
1 T. vinegar
2 T. ketchup
3 T. water
1/2 t. cornstarch
2-3/4 oz.(80g) fish meat
2 t. cornstarch
1/3 lb. (150g) pineapple
1-3/4 oz (50g) green pepper
3 T. vegetable oil

| DIRECTIONS:
- Cut fish meat into small pieces
and marinate in (1) for 10 minutes, then take out
and mix with cornstarch.
- Slice pineapple and green pepper,
set aside.
- Heat oil, fry the fish pieces
until they are golden (about 2 minutes), then take
out.
- Put minced garlic into the remained
oil, stir-fry the pineapple and pepper, add (2)
and later the fish. Well-mix, serve.
