Mutton

Ingredients:
- 8
oz. (200g) cooked mutton
2 beaten eggs
2 t. rice wine
2 t. salt water
2 t. flour
1 t. cornstarch
5 t. vegetable oil
spiced pepper-salt powder

| DIRECTIONS:

Dice the mutton into cubes (1.5cm diameter each)
and soak in salt water for 3-4 hours. Then fish
out and dry.

Mix the egg, flour, cornstarch with salt water and
stir in 1 t. oil. Coat the mutton cubes with the
mixture.

Heat the remaining oil and add the mutton cubes
and deep-fry until brown. Place on a plate and sprinkle
with the spiced pepper-salt.
