| DIRECTIONS:

Shell and devein the shrimps and clean them.
- Sprinkle
salt on the shrimps and soak for 15 minutes. Then
coat the shrimps with flour.
- Add
oil in the wok, heat and put in the shrimps and
deep fry until brown. Remove and drain, serve.
