Ingredients:

| DIRECTIONS:
- Mix the egg white, fish meat,
cornstarch and salt in a bowl.
- Heat oil, add fish and stir-fry,
when cooked, and then remove it.
- Heat the remaining oil, put green
onion and garlic in, and stir-fry to fragrant. Add
the fish and cooking wine until tasty.
- Add mixture of (1). Well mix. Finished!
