Tender-fried Fish Slices - serves 4
 

Ingredients:

  • 3-1/2 oz (100g) fish meat
    1 egg white
    2 t. cornstarch
    1/2 t. cooking wine
    1/2 t. garlic mash
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. green onion (chopped)
    3 t. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix the egg white, fish meat, cornstarch and salt in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil, add fish and stir-fry, when cooked, and then remove it.
  3. Heat the remaining oil, put green onion and garlic in, and stir-fry to fragrant. Add the fish and cooking wine until tasty.
  4. Add mixture of (1). Well mix. Finished!
