Ingredients:

| DIRECTIONS:
- Cut
the beef into slices. Mix with soy sauce and green
onions. Stir the cornstarch-water mixture and add
in.

Heat oil and add the beef and stir-fry. When nearly
done, add the cooking wine.
- Cover
the wok and boil for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger, mix
well, and serve.
