Ingredients:

| DIRECTIONS:
- Cut
the mutton into thick slices (5cm*3cm*5mm).
-
Heat oil, add star anise, and deep-fry until fragrant.
- Remove
star anise and then add green onion and ginger to
the stir-fry. Put mutton strips, soy sauce, salt,
sugar and add water just enough to cover the meat.

Heat the sauce until it boils and cover with a lid.
Stew it on a lower heat until the sauce thickens.
Sprinkle with pepper oil. Serve!
