Stir-fried
Mutton Slices with Spring Onions

Ingredients:
- 7
oz. lean boneless mutton
7 oz. spring onions
4 t. vegetable oil
1 t. soy sauces
|

| DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut the mutton into thin slices and dice spring
onions into sections (about 3cm each).

Heat oil, add mutton slices and stir-fry for 30
minutes.

Add soy sauce and spring onions, and stir-fry for
2 more minutes. Serve and enjoy
