Chunyang
Temple
Chunyang Temple is one of the two Taoism temples in
Guangzhou. The temple was first built in Qing Dynasty,
and occupies an area of 10,000 square kilometers. Only
seven of the 11 buildings are left here today, including
Linggong Palace and the grave of Li Mingche, who proposed
to build the Chunyang Temple. Address: Shuzhu Gang,
Wufeng Village, Xingang Xilu, Haizhu District, Guangzhou.
Zhong-Ying
Street
Zhong refers to China, and Ying refers to the UK. Shenzhen
is on one side of the street, and Hong Kong is on the
other side - that's why the street got its name. Being
a tax-free street, not only the gold jewelry and imported
electric appliances, but food and daily necessities
are cheaper than in other places. The landmark, built
in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, is situated in the
center of the street, and is still the sign for "One
