Huagu Opera: Missing My Husband
Presented by Jingmen Art Theatre of Hubei Province. Cast: Zeng Ju, Luo Tao, Cai Jianting, Chen Qinfang, Liu Hongying, Song Xianqin, Wang Shuoyan and Li Xinghua. The title of this Huagu Opera Missing My Husband is inspired by a ballad spread far and wide in the flat country of Jianghan. It is adapted by a Jingmen novelist Huang Faqing's novel, Waiting at Rural Home, and is regarded as a performance for female whom the story is mainly obsessed with. Ballet: The Stone In The Sun - Dreaming Red Mansions
The Stone in the Sun–Dreaming Red Mansions is adapted by image from an ancient Chinese great masterpiece titled A Dream of Red Mansions. From the original work it selected only four typical figures Jia Baoyu, Xue Baochai, Lin Daiyu and Grandmother Jia. On basis of maintaining the core of A Dream of Red Mansions, its dramatic structure was arranged around the turn of life: entering a dream, bourgeon of passion, being parted, flowers-withering, funeral and renascence.
