Breaded Chicken Breast -- serves 4 |

Ingredients:
- (1)
1/3 t. salt
1/2 t. sugar
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 t. cooking wine
1 t. garlic (minced)
1 T. cornstarch
- (2)
1/3 lb. (150 g.) chicken breast
- (3)
2t. flour
- (4)
1/2 egg
- (5)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
- (6)
3 c. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

Slice chicken into 3"X1/2"X1/2"
sticks and marinate in (1) for 10 minutes. Beat
egg until even.

Dip chicken sticks one at a time into flour, then
into egg, and lastly into bread crumbs. Heat for
2 minutes on medium heat.

Place vegetable oil in preheated wok. Deep-fry
chicken for about one minute or until golden brown.
Serve.
Garnish bottom of serving plate with lettuce or
your choice of garnish.
