Ingredients:
- (3)
2/3 lb. (300 g.) fish of your choice

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cut crisscross slits on both sides of fish. Dry
and rub with (1). Let stand for 15 minutes. Place
directly in baking pan.

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and bake fish for
approximately 15 minutes. Remove and place on
serving dish. Squeeze lemon juice over fish and
serve.
Lettuce
and lemon slices may be used as garnish.
